Welcome to Taryn’s Game of Design, where play and design collide. My brand is where I bring innovation to the table, making every project pop with fresh, dynamic solutions. I think of each project as it's own game, whether it's a branding challenge, a campaign, or packaging design. Every design has its own rules, and I’m the versatile player who adapts and wins every time. From illustration to branding, I’m ready to jump in, roll the dice, and craft something uniquely captivating.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I hold an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from Vega School, Cape Town, and an Honours degree in Visual Communication from Stellenbosch Academy.
SPECIALISATIONS:
I specialise in visual communication, branding, concept development, and layout design, creating bold, playful, and purposeful visual solutions. I have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, allowing me to execute ideas with precision across both digital and print platforms. With a focus on meaning, strategy, and human insight, I aim to craft impactful design solutions that not only look visually compelling but connect authentically with audiences.
SKILLS:
My skill set includes strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and a refined eye for detail, supported by bold, out-of-the-box design thinking. While my natural style is expressive and playful, I am highly versatile and adapt my approach to suit the specific needs, tone, and objectives of each project. I work confidently across multiple formats, managing projects from concept through to execution with clarity and precision. With a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, I consistently deliver thoughtful, high-quality outcomes.
